The fair organizer provides invitation data. A pre-registration form, along with the invitation, is forwarded to interested parties. The registration form can be returned in the following ways:
(a) Email / Internet
(b) Web
(c) Fax
(d) Postal Mail

All data will be inputted into a server, which will also be used during actual On-site registration.

To notify Pre-registered visitors, we will send them a confirmation letter, which includes their name, address and a barcode. One is required to bring the letter along to the registration area at the venue. Once the barcode is scanned at the venue, his entrance badge can be produced in less than 3 seconds
